Aaron Barber-Strong is a Political Coordinator for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. As Trustee for the IBEW Local 48/NECA apprenticeship program and Political Coordinator for his local union, Barber-Strong brings a wealth of experience from participating on city, county, and community boards and commissions as well as developing strong business and community relationships. His aptitude for coalition-building and campaign strategy drives his passion to see Willamette Falls become a place that everyone can enjoy, and where relationships of all kinds flourish.

Drawn to the mystic beauty of the Falls since childhood, Barber-Strong joined the Willamette Falls Trust Board in 2020, believing as he always has, in its power to connect people from all backgrounds to a more inclusive future.
