Alice Norris is the former Mayor of Oregon City and past President of Willamette Falls Heritage Area Coalition. As a former Oregon City Mayor, she brings years of experience in public service as well as community activism, regional board service, fundraising, and a passion for creating something new and authentic from the remnants of the old. When her service as Mayor ended, Norris knew she wanted to help shape a project she believed was vital for the future of her community.

As a founding member of the board in 2016, Norris is committed to a project that aims for world-class quality informed by public access and engagement, habitat restoration, cultural inclusiveness, and economic revitalization. It’s these values that drive her to pursue the vision of people from far and wide once again gathering at the Falls, for generations to come.
