Jodi Bailey is the Business Development Manager for Emerio Design. With an extensive career in a variety of roles — on the Happy Valley Planning Commission, in business development, in the construction industry and on boards of nonprofits -- Bailey brings experience and passion for connecting people and serving her communities. When she was invited to take a tour of the Falls, she instantly fell in love with the landscape.

Joining the board in 2018, Bailey continues to be inspired by the many stories of the Falls, and the goals of the project that honor those stories, educate the public, and restore the site and its natural habitat. As a former Chair of the Trust, what excites her the most is the idea that after over 100 years, the public will again have access to Willamette Falls and all it will offer to the region.
